The rest of your bill
Two things, and we would rather you knew about them before you signed up than after.
Your processor’s rate, paid to your processor. DineStack takes none of it. You connect your own account and the money lands in your own bank.
Tablets you buy anywhere, and a card reader your payment provider ships to you at their price. We do not sell hardware and take no margin on it.
Why
Software priced on your sales costs more every year you get better at running your restaurant, for no more software.
It quietly discourages a second till on a busy Saturday. Neither of those incentives is in our interest or yours.
When a vendor earns on your swipes, every conversation about processing costs is one they are on the wrong side of. We earn nothing on yours, so we have no reason to be vague about them.
Fit
The United States and Canada, for single-location counter service, fast casual and cafés — up to six terminals and around forty staff.
That is the shape of restaurant it is built for, and we would rather say so than take money from somebody it will not fit.
